01 / Demand discovery / Made to order
Find out where buyers can find you—and where they cannot.
A public-source assessment of search discoverability, technical access, content gaps, and a dated sample of AI-answer visibility. Leave with the next acquisition questions to validate, not a mysterious SEO score.
The question behind the report.
Is the company visible when a qualified buyer starts looking?
A polished homepage does not tell you whether buyers can discover the company at the moment they need it. Technical barriers, thin commercial pages, confused entities, and competitors with clearer answers can all deserve investigation.
Traditional search and AI answers also need different evidence. A point-in-time answer sample is not a market-share measurement. This report records the query, tool, date, market, and observed result so someone else can understand exactly what was checked.
When this is worth commissioning.
For: Operating partners, deal teams, and marketing leaders assessing a company whose growth depends on being discovered online.
The trigger: Before accepting an organic-growth plan, commissioning a rebuild, or deciding where the next acquisition dollar should go.
- Which commercial topics and landing pages deserve attention first?
- Are crawl, canonical, sitemap, or structured-data issues blocking useful content?
- Where does the company appear—or fail to appear—in a bounded search and AI-answer sample?
What you receive.
- Technical discoverability checklist with page-level evidence and explicit coverage gaps.
- Commercial-intent query map connecting a buyer need to an existing page or a proposed content gap.
- Dated search observations and, where the selected tools are available, AI-answer/citation observations with their test conditions.
- Prioritized action list with the validation metric and dependency for each recommendation.
Illustrative finding / not a customer result
Evidence. Hypothesis. Next test.
Observed: A service is described on the homepage, but the reviewed site has no dedicated page answering the buyer’s corresponding purchase questions.
Hypothesis: A focused commercial page may improve discoverability and qualification.
Validate next: Confirm demand, then measure qualified visits, leads, and contribution—not rankings alone.
A scope you can inspect.
- One company domain and one named geographic market.
- Up to 20 representative public URLs and 10 commercial query themes.
- Up to two available AI-answer surfaces; unavailable surfaces are identified, not simulated.
- Up to three buyer-named competitors for targeted comparisons.
What is not included
- No private Search Console or analytics access required or included.
- No verified traffic, backlink inventory, ranking guarantee, or promised AI citations.
- No ongoing ranking tracker, content production, or implementation.
Before you buy.
Do you need access to our analytics?
No. This is outside-in research. Private analytics can later validate a hypothesis, but public estimates are never presented as your measured traffic or revenue.
Will you get us into AI answers?
This purchase is an assessment and action plan, not placement or a ranking promise. We record observed AI answers with their conditions and separate them from technical eligibility.
Is this a full technical SEO crawl?
It is a bounded diligence review of up to 20 representative URLs, not an exhaustive crawl of every URL or a substitute for a migration audit.
