The purchased scope

Your order covers the SKU and current scope shown at checkout: one company domain, one market, one buyer segment, and the stated source/page limits. The pack includes exactly the five launch reports, a combined executive memo, shared source register, 90-day roadmap, and scenario worksheet. Future modules are not included. Deliverables are digital reports (PDF) and an evidence/action register. No physical product or recurring subscription is created.

Preparation and delivery

Reports are prepared to order using AI-assisted research, module-specific checklists, and a documented source-review pass. Launch fulfillment is manual; it is not an instant or continuously operating audit engine. Delivery is within five weekdays after payment and complete intake. Weekdays mean Monday–Friday on the UTC calendar; this definition does not exclude public holidays. Complete intake includes the required company, market, buyer, and competitor information. The receipt shows the initial delivery target. A requested scope change requires agreement before the target changes.

Coverage and material gaps

We first check whether the target site has usable public context. This does not guarantee every third-party source will be available. Coverage gaps are disclosed in the report. If the available evidence cannot support a purchased report materially, we offer an agreed reduced scope or a refund for undeliverable work. We do not substitute a generic template or count an unavailable future report as delivered.

Corrections, cancellation and delays

One factual-correction round requested within 14 days of delivery is included. New companies, markets, competitors, or research questions are new scope. You may request cancellation before substantive research begins for a full refund. If we miss the agreed delivery target, you may request cancellation and a refund for undelivered work instead of accepting a revised date. Refund processing is handled through the original payment channel; statutory rights are not waived. Contact hello@portcoaudit.com with your order reference—never a card number or secret access link.

Evidence and permitted use

Reports support research and operating discussions. Public claims are attributed, sampled observations have limitations, and projected financial effects are scenarios unless verified with supplied evidence. This is not investment advice, legal advice, an assurance opinion, a financial audit, a security certification, or a monetary brand valuation. You may share your commissioned report with your authorized deal and operating team. Preserve source dates, caveats, and attribution. Do not resell the report as an independent certification or remove uncertainty labels.

Privacy and inputs

Provide business contact information and public company/competitor websites only. Do not submit personal employee data, financial records, credentials, health information, or confidential deal-room documents. Stripe processes checkout and retains the paid order and intake record needed for manual fulfillment. The authorized delivery operator uses that record to prepare and deliver the order. Report access links are private. Public analytics are excluded from order and token-bearing pages. Contact hello@portcoaudit.com for a data-access or deletion request; records needed for payment, tax, fraud prevention, or legal obligations may need to be retained.

Not included

No employee social screening, private customer interviews, penetration testing, unauthorized scraping, paywall bypass, production changes, outreach, implementation, guaranteed rankings, guaranteed AI citations, verified revenue growth, or future report access is included. Deeper operating engagements and implementation are separate decisions.
