How to Use This Checklist

This is a post-acquisition tool. It assumes you already own the company and want to assess whether AI initiatives are on track, identify new opportunities, and compare progress across your portfolio. Here's the recommended approach:

Can the company quantify revenue directly influenced by AI — through dynamic pricing, recommendation engines, lead scoring, or demand forecasting?

What customer-facing AI features are deployed (chatbots, personalization, predictive service), and what is their measured impact on NPS or retention?

What internal productivity tools powered by AI are in active use (document processing, code generation, reporting automation), and what time savings have been validated?
